Michelangelo’s nephew was tasked with finding him a suitable property close to their home turf in Tuscany. At the time, he was 74 years old and about to begin building St. Peter’s basilica. The villa is built around a breathtaking 11^th-century tower. The property extends six acres and consists of eight bedrooms, seven bathrooms, approximately a 12,000 square foot main house and approximately a 1,000 square foot guesthouse.
