A boutique firm situated in Historic, Luxurious, downtown Charleston, Handsome Properties International is a natural extension of Handsome Properties, Inc. From 18th century townhomes to historic plantation estates, our expertise with historic Charleston luxury real estate allows us to transition our experience to execute successful transactions with many genres of European real estate. One of the original colonies, Charleston is home to some of the oldest, most well-preserved properties in America, dating back to the late 1600’s. The timeless architecture of these peninsular homes in the historic downtown district reflects Charleston’s past as the South's wealthiest port of the 1800’s. Handsome is a family name, a first name used by women on my mother’s side of the family. I was lucky to have known my great-aunt Handsome who was beautiful, strong-willed, intelligent, and independent like her mother and other sisters. These women had a strong, refined manner and commanded attention by their mere presence. I hope that I can live up to legends of these incredible Southern women. "
